I work in an office, surrounded by coworkers who lead pretty healthy lives. It is a new year and everyone seems to have resolved to eat healthier foods.
At the moment, my esteemed colleagues are eating carrot and celery sticks. These are not the quiet "comfort foods" that were more the norm in the last quarter of the year. This is not much of a surprise, but I failed to bring my iPod and earphones to the office this week and the sounds here are, well, distracting.
I absolutely encourage good eating habits and want others to encourage me in my efforts to lose weight, but it seems that healthy foods are, on the whole, much louder than non-healthy foods. Maybe it's time to call Mythbusters.
... should definitely NOT wear a thong (no, I don't mean flip flops).
I'll just leave it at that.
